Settings - Teams

Management of team structure and organization members.

Access notice

This flow is available only to profiles with administrative permission. To learn more, contact an administrator.

What you can do

  • Create and edit teams.
  • View members by team.
  • Add users to the team.
  • Transfer users between teams.

Basic workflow

  1. Open Settings - Overview and enter Teams.
  2. Create a new team or open an existing team.
  3. In members, select users for transfer or addition.
  4. Confirm the operation and validate the updated list.
Important rule

In the current workflow, a user belongs to one team at a time; transfers move the user from source to destination.
