AI Cockpit One Overview
AI Cockpit One centralizes AI agents, conversations, organization settings, budgets, and telemetry in a single workspace. What you see depends on the active organization and on the permissions assigned to your account.
When to use
- Use AI Cockpit One to find agents and tools available to your organization.
- Use it to start conversations with agents and return to previous sessions.
- Use it to manage your profile, provider tokens, and API Keys.
- Use it, when you have permission, to manage users, teams, projects, agents, budgets, and telemetry.
Before you start
- You need an active corporate account.
- You need to be in the correct organization before reviewing or changing data.
- Administrative areas appear only for users with the required access level.
Step by step
- Open the AI Cockpit One URL provided by your organization.
- Sign in with your corporate account. Depending on your organization, login may use username and password or Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Confirm the active organization in the header.
- If you belong to more than one organization, select the correct one before continuing.
- Use Home to find agents, or open the account menu to access Profile, Settings, preferences, help, and logout.
Understand the platform

| Command Palette | Quick navigation and actions, opened with Ctrl/Cmd + K. |
| Contextual help | Page tutorial opened from the help icon in the header. |

If a menu, button, or card does not appear, confirm the active organization and your access level before assuming the data is missing.
Quick navigation and preferences
Use the Command Palette to open common destinations without searching menus.

| Overview, Analytics, Billing, Reports | Opens Telemetry areas when available. |
| Toggle theme | Switches between light and dark mode. |
| Language | Switches the interface language between Portuguese, English, and Spanish. |
| Logout | Ends the current session. |
Expected result
After signing in and choosing the correct organization, you should see the areas available for your role and be able to start from Home or continue through Profile and Settings.
Tips and common issues
- If data looks wrong, check whether another organization is selected.
- If an administrative area is hidden, ask an administrator to review your access.
- If a page tutorial does not appear automatically, open it from the help icon in the header.
