Management of agents and integrated applications.

This flow is available only to profiles with administrative permission. To learn more, contact an administrator.

What you can do

  • List and search agents.
  • Create agent.
  • Edit configuration.
  • Activate/deactivate agent.
  • Delete agent.

Basic workflow

  1. Open Settings - Overview and enter Agents.
  2. Use search to locate the agent.
  3. Open detailed view or edit.
  4. Adjust agent information, connection, and status.
  5. Save and validate if the agent is ready for use in Home and Cockpit and Chat with Agents.
