Account and Organization

The account area controls your active organization and personal preferences in AI Cockpit Lens. The active organization is the most important setting because it defines which agents, projects, knowledge bases, workflows, and integrations are visible to you.

When to use

  • Use it when you need to switch organizations.
  • Use it when expected resources do not appear in a list.
  • Use it to change language, theme, or session state.
  • Use it to reach integrations when that action is available from the account menu.

Before you start

  • You need access to more than one organization to switch context.
  • Organization changes affect the data shown across Lens.
  • Preferences such as language and theme affect your interface only.

Step by step: switch organization

  1. Open the account menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. Click Account.
  3. In Active organization, open the selector.
  4. Search for or select the organization you want to use.
  5. Return to the main areas and confirm that the data has changed.

Available preferences

Expected result

After selecting the correct organization, Lens should show the resources available to that organization and to your role.

Tips and common issues

  • If a resource appears in one organization but not another, it may have been created only in the first organization.
  • If the organization selector does not include the expected organization, ask an administrator to review your account access.
  • If a language change does not update every label, some screens may not have complete translation coverage yet.
